Building Beyond Infrastructure: Creating Shared Value for Communities
As Bridge Data Centres (BDC) expands our geographic footprint across Asia Pacific and beyond, we believe our responsibility extends beyond building digital infrastructure. Our ambition is to create long-term value in the communities where we operate by supporting local ecosystems, creating employment opportunities, strengthening local partnerships, and contributing to sustainable economic development.
We recognise that data centres are long-term assets embedded within local communities. Their success depends not only on engineering excellence and operational performance, but also on the trust, support, and prosperity of the people around them. As such, we are committed to ensuring that our growth creates meaningful and lasting benefits for local stakeholders, enabling communities to grow alongside us.
Our approach is anchored in the BRIDGE framework, which embeds sustainability across everything we do. The 'R' — Responsibility — commits us to upholding social and environmental obligations and investing in the communities that host our operations. We believe the licence to operate is earned through genuine engagement, mutual respect, and positive contributions that extend beyond the boundaries of our campuses.
At QHI01, our hyperscale campus in Khlong Tamru, Chonburi Province, which is situated within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor — that commitment is already taking shape.
Sustained community investment begins with fostering trusted relationships. Our team conducts regular working sessions with village chief Phuyai Kritsadaphong and residents near QHI01, listening directly to local concerns and identifying where BDC can make a practical difference. For example, when a group of low-income residents requested support in constructing a perimeter fence around their village compound, BDC and our contractor funded and completed the project. We have also been supporting ongoing river improvement works in the area, helping to restore a local waterway that is now navigable.
In April 2026, we attended the award ceremony for Mayor Itthasap Ayucharoean of Khlong Tamru, who received the Chonburi Exemplary Citizen Award from the provincial Governor. Recognising the people who serve and lead local communities is a natural expression of the partnerships we seek to build.

Supporting elderly and vulnerable residents
Thailand has officially transitioned into an aged society, with over 13 million seniors aged 60 and above, representing 20% of the total population. In areas like Khlong Tamru, formal care services are limited and community-level support carries real weight.
On National Elderly Day in April, BDC collaborated with the Khlong Tamru Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) to distribute rice to local seniors. In addition, BDC partnered with the Khlong Tamru Municipality to visit homebound elderly residents, bedridden patients, and people with disabilities, providing essential daily supplies. These visits continued in May and are now a monthly fixture, coordinated with local government and carried out by the same team each time.

Celebrating Thai culture and tradition
Thailand's Buddhist calendar defines the rhythm of community life in Khlong Tamru and BDC proactively participates in the festivities alongside residents. In April 2026, we visited Wat Boonyarasii to offer rice and gift baskets to the monks.

On Visakha Bucha Day on 31 May 2026 — one of the most sacred days in the Thai Buddhist year — our team joined residents for the candlelight procession at Wat Boonyarasii, providing drinking water, flowers, incense, and candles to worshippers. Our participation was recognised across several Chonburi community media platforms as a genuine expression of neighbourly support.

Our commitment going forward
BDC's community initiatives are not standalone CSR activities, but part of a broader commitment to responsible infrastructure development and long-term stewardship. As our presence grows across Thailand, we continue to strengthen our operational frameworks in two key areas: Environmental Impact Management—covering water stewardship, energy efficiency, and noise management—and Community Engagement, through ongoing dialogue with local authorities, community leaders, educational institutions, and residents to better understand local needs and aspirations.
We believe meaningful community partnerships are built through consistency, trust, and sustained engagement. Our commitment extends beyond individual programmes or events. Through regular outreach, collaboration, and investment in local initiatives, we seek to support communities in ways that enrich lives, create opportunities, and contribute to a stronger future for generations to come.
As we expand our footprint, we will continue to work alongside local communities, institutions, and stakeholders to ensure our growth creates lasting value. For BDC, responsible infrastructure development means powering the digital economy, while creating shared prosperity and contributing positively to the long-term development of the regions where we operate.
