Eric Fan

Co-CEO

Eric Fan has over a decade of leadership in technology and engineering, specializing in investment and supply chain management. Previously, he was COO at Chindata and held key roles at Saint-Gobain, Dow Chemical, and Honeywell.

Drew Chen

Co-CEO

Drew Chen brings over 20 years of private equity experience, with a focus on the telecommunications, media, technology, and business services sectors. He previously served as a Senior Partner at Bain Capital and was a founding member of the firm’s Asia Pacific private equity team. Prior to Bain Capital, Drew worked at Bain & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sandy Xiao

President

Sandy Xiao brings over a decade of leadership in digital infrastructure and corporate operations, with expertise in finance, strategy, and execution. She was President of Chindata Group and CFO at Shanghai Wangsu, driving growth and data centre expansion across Asia-Pacific.

Kevin Guan

CIO, EVP

Kevin Guan is Chief Investment Officer & Executive Vice President at Bridge Data Centres, where he leads new market expansion and capital market activities , as well as helps shape platform strategy. Prior to joining BDC, Kevin was a Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, where he focused on TMT investments across Asia Pacific. He previously also held roles at Silver Lake Partners and Morgan Stanley.  Kevin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Zoe Zhuang

Zoe is CFO at Bridge Data Centres, leading financial strategy across APAC. She brings prior leadership experience from IBM and KPMG, driving growth through governance and capital planning.

Yong Zhong Zhu

CCO

Yong Zhong, with over two decades in data center architecture and cloud computing, has held leadership roles at McKinsey, LinkSure Network, and Baidu. Known for his strategic insights and client-focused solutions, he’s driven infrastructure advancements across cloud platforms and Internet data centers for top Chinese tech giants

Gregg Charalambous

CSO

Gregg Charalambous is a seasoned data centre strategist with 20+ years of experience across site selection, design, and delivery. At Bridge Data Centres, he drives hyperscale development across APAC. Previously, he led the design and network planning at Microsoft, supporting IT compute and OpenAI workloads. Gregg also served as Technical Director at AECOM, contributing to global ICT design and winning accolades like the Best Futuristic Hospital Design for King Khalid Medical City.

Zhang Binghua

CTO

Zhang Binghua is the Chief Technology Officer at Bridge Data Centres (BDC), overseeing global site strategy, R&D, and delivery. With over 20 years in the data centre industry, he previously led Baidu’s data centre strategy and chaired the Open Data Center Committee. At BDC, he pioneered the launch of full-stack intelligent computing centre solutions and holds Hundreds of patents in infrastructure and intelligent systems, reinforcing his leadership in scalable and sustainable digital infrastructure.
